Returns

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt for defective or incorrect items only. Custom orders are non-returnable unless there is a mistake on our part.
  • Condition: Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

2. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

3. Exchanges

  • Eligibility: Exchanges are accepted for defective or incorrect items. Custom orders cannot be exchanged unless there is an error on our part.
  • Process: Contact us within 14 days of receipt to arrange an exchange.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Returns: Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • Exchanges: We cover shipping costs for exchanges if the original item was defective or incorrect.
